SERVICE, RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Thank you for reading the following policies carefully, which were developed and agreed to provide you with a personalized, attentive and professional service.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requested within seventy-two (72) hours or more prior to the event will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund.

 

If the cancellation is made in less than seventy-two (72) hours, there will be no refund.

 

 

CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS

Any change or modification must be requested within forty-eight (48) hours prior to service to ensure. Any request received in a shorter period can be rejected or generate compensation in favor of the company.

 

DELAY

The starting time for the service is of the most importance since the service was planned precisely around it. A delay of up to forty (40) minutes  will not generate extra cost. Any delay of more than forty-one (41) minutes will result in an extra cost corresponding to one hour of service. If the service has a duration of less than one (1) hour, the extra cost will be fifty percent (50%) of the total amount agreed by such cumulative service for each hour of delay.

REQUIREMENTS

Each act and discipline entails different requirements to be performed in an ideal way. The space chosen for the service must be suitable to present it.

​

DRESSING ROOM

The client must provide a dressing room space for the production team and artists. This space must be at an appropriate distance from the stage and/or space where the event will be performed and have the necessary privacy so that the artists can make changes of costumes and / or enlist.

​

ARRIVAL

The customer must be ready to receive the production equipment and/or artists an hour or more (time agreed if special montage is required) before the start of service.
